David S. Rose, Chairman of the Board of the New York Angels, Chairman and CEO of Angelsoft,
and distinguished entrepreneur and investor will be joining the E*
Society to discuss funding options and strategies for your business. In
the second half of the program, David will join Letitia Green, Managing
Director and Co-Founder of the Virginia Active Angels Network,
for a panel discussion on term sheets, what to watch out for, and how
terms vary with geography. If you’ve seen the Social Network, then you
know what can happen if you don’t understand the fine print. Come join
